Shipping

Shipping is calculated for ground service to the 48 contiguous US states only. If you have shipping needs outside of this area, please contact us.

Cancellation Policy

Once your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order. If we are able to cancel your order before it is shipped, no charge will be applied for the cancellation. If the product has been shipped, you will be responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping charges, plus a 15% restocking fee. These charges will be deducted from your refund. Cancellations or returns must be authorized in advance. Please contact us and a representative will assess the situation and if possible, issue a return authorization.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us, if you wish to return or exchange an item you may do so within 15 days from the date the item was delivered. You will be responsible for round trip freight and a 15% restocking fee will be applied to your refund once the merchandise is returned.

All returned merchandise must be in original condition and must include all original packaging materials and accessories. Please contact us to obtain return authorization along with proper return address information. Items will not be authorized for return after 14 days from the delivery date.
